Across the first four weeks (Accumulation Phase), we build muscular endurance, joint resilience, and aerobic capacity, ensuring your body can handle the demands of high-intensity work. In the final four weeks (Intensification Phase), we turn up the intensity, refining interference running, lactate buffering, and maximal strength to ensure you're race-ready.
